- PREFACE -

The body of knowledge concerning the Borchardt/Luger variations from 1893 to present is extensive and complex. Therefore, the content and scope of this site is limited to the examination of the Borchardt C-93, the Borchard-Luger, the Parabellum, and the long-frame transitional Luger pistols.

All technical information, images, illustrations, etc. is footnoted for source at the bottom of each page. Contributions are encouraged and attributed. Criticism of all content of this site is welcome. Misinformation will be corrected upon discovery.

(The reason for the inclusion of the Mannlicher pistols is because we like them so much.)

I am always looking for quality transitional Luger and Mannlicher pistols, holsters and related items. I have particular interest in variations from 1900 to 1906 as well as original documentation, manuals, presentation cases, etc. If you have an item in which I might be interested, you may send an email message to wesley@wterrell.com
